HGH Introduction

This is not a primer textbook on human growth hormone (HGH) therapy. I will not repeat the already well-known, published information on human growth hormone (HGH) and human adult growth hormone deficiency syndrome already known and accepted by most of you as present in people in their late 40's and over 50 years of age.

Systems Approach With Tumor Marker Study: Just Being Careful

A systems approach recognizes that all hormones should be brought to the level of a 35 year old in most people most of the time. Balance and a sense of proportion is to be favored in all human undertakings. What is a balance for one is not a balance for another so bloodwork and patient history under "Patient-Centered Diagnosis" is always necessary. Cookbook medicine ("one size fits all") is to be avoided in HGH or any other form of hormone replacement. Tumor marker study through blood chemistry concerning any hormone replacement is always present depending upon patient history. Ancient chinese saying is that "......if the blind shall follow the blind, they shall all fall in the water." This information is designed to keep you out of the water.

Current Practical Limitations On HGH Therapy

The stacked amino acids taken orally may work fine to stimulate HGH release until a person reaches the mid-fifties. Despite heavy media advertising, the oral sprays may stop working for most people after a few months. The HGH shots, usually .2 tenths of an IU in the morning and .2 tenths of an IU in the evening are considered expensive at $600 to $2000 per month and many doctors believe that they are dangerous. It is oftentimes profitable for a physician, depending upon the regulatory environment in his/her state and community, to be providing, monitoring and supervising patients on HGH shots who are taught how to administer the shots at home. Understandably, these physicians might be resistant to less expensive forms of HGH therapy now available.

Need To Democratize And Improve HGH Therapy:

Better Efficacy Although the HGH injections and secretogogues may offer some benefits to decrease the effects of aging, the need for a safer and more effective modality of therapy has been warranted. There is no doubt that an accelerated and more rapid onset of subjectively and objectively measured efficacy, with a safer profile, a more efficient delivery system and an ease of administration will lead to better patient compliance.

Trans-D Tropin, A TD-GHRH Analogue By Prescription, Only

A transdermal, growth hormone releasing hormone analogue (TD-GHRH analogue) has emerged called TRANS-D TROPIN. It is a unique and legally patented combination of a number of various multi-chained somatotroph-specific and hypothalamotroph-specific polypeptide combinants. It is synthesized together with an isolated complex of plant derived supporting precursors. The final substance is made into a propietary base of essential fatty acids, known as Evito which is a technologically advanced mechanism of transdertmal delivery. . This was designed to mimic GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) in order to potentiate and release endogenous GH (growth hormone). It is rubbed on the forearms for frequent dosing up to 4 times daily without compliance being an issue. It allows for rapid onset of action and provides a means by which the body's own natural response may be mimicked. There is a small but frequent pulsatile stimulation by this unique polypeptide complex that imitates the body's natural mechanism of releasing GHRH which results in an effective and superior release of endogenous growth hormone Some intermittent use and cycling of Trans-D Tropin is required because it is effective: the pituitary reserves become depleted and require time to replenish HGH reserves within the anterior pituitary. This is because the pituitary gland holds HGH in store, releasing it upon stimulation in a pulsatile manner.

Use It Correctly To Mimic The Body's Natural Pattern Of GH Release

Clearly, possible individual overuse of Trans-D Tropin, determined upon an individual basis, may cause excess depletion of HGH so that it will be less effective or not effective. When properly used, it acts directly upon the pituitary to stimulate both (1) the synthesis (2) and release of human growth hormone. Most people with idiopathic growth hormone deficiency have an intact pituitary but one that simply does not release adequate GH. Mimicking pulsatile release patterns, applications take place at bedtime, early morning upon waking, late afternoon and an additional application early in the afternoon if the patient is over 65 years of age.

Proper Safety Considerations And Testing Prior To Prescription: Physician Predicate Requirements

Patients should have their IGF-1 tested to determine if the patient has a pre-existing pituitary tumor. Other tumor markers should be considered as well for additional blood chemistry based upon the patient's history. 24 hour urine testing as a second test is also available to actually document an HGH deficiency. Bearing in mind that a physician's chart is a legal document, this is how a physician's file is properly charted as a predicate for a prescription for Trans-D Tropin. Central theme in geriatric care beyond improved strength, cosmetic improvements may include enhancing range of motion and accelerated healing of recent wounds, chronic debilitating injuries such as recent shoulder and back injuries. While HGH injections cause an improvement of 50% to 70% of HGH levels, Trans-D Tropin may cause an 87% to 94% increase in HGH levels with greater rapidity of onset in these increases. Trans-D Tropin costs $175/month compared to $600 to $2000/month for shots.

Studies Underway Already

In 117 tested subjects, the rapid and substantial improvements in muscular strength, energy increases, sleep quality and all other standard criteria are further validation of Trans-D Tropin as not only an effective alternative to HGH injections but perhaps a replacement of the more costly, potentially dangerous and usually less compliant injection treatments. All patients reported rapid improvements in a relatively short period of time. Many other studies are mushrooming around this product too numerous to mention.

How To Order Trans-D Tropin: Directions To Physician Or Carrying Pharmacy

While clearly not a controlled substance or scheduled narcotic, this is not a nutritional product and requires proper testing prior to use, followed by a prescription from a licensed physician. After testing is completed, physicians or pharmacists call the Balance Distribution Center at (704) 655-0131 and furnish them with marketing source code #FRKL-01 for all orders of this prescription medication. Regular patients (i.e. non-physicians) with prescriptions should call AMT Pharmacy at 1-888-321-1922 with the same source code, #FRKL-01

The prescribing physician or the pharmacist must call and place the order, not the patient.

This writer is available as a consultant for further training or testing information on this drug. Please remember what was stated initially about profiling and treating other deficient hormone levels and imbalances as well as HGH. For example, lean body mass restoration requires attention and treatment of possible, low free testosterone levels as well as HGH so linear thinking of treating one hormone system alone by one entry point and one end point must be avoided. This is called having/developing/learning/exercising clinical judgement in full hormone restoration.

Mostly, Dr. Keys works as a Consulting PhD Doctor, usually from a distance, with and through a proper local anchor physician to order blood work. Advanced treatment protocols may develop from the advanced blood chemistries he requests. If you have no local doctor, Dr. Keys finds one through an affiliate physician network. His work is global, oftetimes involving patients from other countries as well as all over the continental USA. There are many tests and treatments to help people; Oftentimes, anchor physicians are not familiar or comfortable with them. Dr. Keys teaches and helps to direct individual patients AND their physicians with laboratory-work for these treatment options. This is measured work and clinical biochemistry. Opinion evidence standards are not employed here since this is a measured and laboratory-based or empirical study of the patient. Numbers are sought from the results of these tests that, usually, "...jump up and grab you..." that dictate what is needed and how much. Patient-advocacy is frequently involved to get advanced and necessary clinical biochemistries ordered and to help interpret them in filed reports..Chat room capabilities in voice or text, besides email, may be employed. This may include conference calls online. In a perfect world, if your physician knew everything, people like Dr. Keys would not exist. Physicians themselves are caught frequently in the traps of their own standards of care that may be very limited in many cases. Methods used by Dr. Keys are rational, scientific and disciplined.
