Difficulties with receiving large emails?

If your account is approaching your mail quota you may have problems receiving messages with large attachments.  It is also possible that your mail client will remind you of this with a "Account approaching quota" message.

You can check your mail quota by logging into the Brainlink Webmail interface here: http://mail.brainlink.com (if your email address is for another domain, go to mail.yourdomain.com)  Login using your username and password and you should see a message like "Total used: 15M of 50M" or something similar next to the list of mail.

 
To help resolve a quota issue it is recommended that you logon to the Email Server and download and/or delete as much email as possible from your various Mailboxes/Folders - especially Sent, Trash, Junk & SPAM.
