Retail Plus offers QuickBooks integration developed with Intuit's QB-XML applications integration standard. That simply means we have used Intuit's own software development tools to create those links. This is your guarantee that the way Retail Plus communicates with QuickBooks meets Intuit's requirements for data integrity.

Unlike some programs Retail Plus does not require you to have QuickBooks open when making sales in order for integration to happen. You have complete freedom in deciding when and what information is passed to the accounting system before it is posted. Here are the QuickBooks integrations available in Retail Plus 2.0 and Retail Plus Lite.

Post POS revenues to QuickBooks accounts.
Exchange inventory item lists with QuickBooks.
Exchange customer and vendor lists with QuickBooks.
Move invoices from Retail Plus into QuickBooks.
Make payments on QuickBooks invoices from the Retail Plus POS screen.
Post purchase order costs from Retail Plus to Accounts Payable.
